Support our Spanish-speaking customer base on behalf of a leading travel platform. WFH after the first 3 months on-site.
What you'll do
- Handle 30-50 chat conversations per shift.
- Maintain CSAT > 92%.
- Translate edge-case macros for the team.
What we look for
- Native or near-native Spanish.
- 1+ year of customer support experience.
- Reliable home internet (50+ Mbps).
