About the role
Manage and grow a team of 7-10 engineers across our two product surfaces. You'll be the engineering counterpart to the founder for a key product line.
What you'll do
- 1:1s, growth planning, performance reviews.
- Quarterly roadmap planning with product + design.
- Hands-off coding (we expect ~10% IC time).

- 3+ years managing engineers.
