About the role
Run day-to-day warehouse operations for our 8,000 sq m Manila hub. Direct report to the COO.
What you'll do
- Manage shift supervisors (3 direct reports, ~120 indirect).
- Hit weekly throughput targets.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
What we look for
- 5+ years in 3PL or e-commerce ops.
- Comfortable with WMS systems.
- Strong people leader.
